I didn't think this one has been taking a particularly long time. They just broke ground in the summer I believe. For them to have completed the foundation, and gotten to ground level seems pretty normal. I thought TNS took a year and a half to get to ground level.

This was Feb 19 of last year. They had been onsite since October or November, if I recall.

Asphalt on the old parking lot came off mid-January 2016 and they were at grade mid-March 2017.

So, 14 months whereas the Sutton project is in month 16 and they're only putting in 1 floor of underground parking whereas TNS has 2 floors underground.

Where do you get 16 months for Sutton? The image you posted was from Feb 19, I count only 13 months for Sutton. I don't see why they cant be at grade in a month.

So, 2 months of work in 2018, all of 2019 (12), we're in the 3rd month of 2020 …

Sure, they'll be at grade within a month, but that's ~ 3 months longer than the TNS site took to do 2 underground floors and get to grade.

Probably because of "unforeseen circumstances". That excuse seems to be used a lot in Wpg.

Just walked by the job site and although there are still some crews here and there, I noticed very little sign of activity of any kind. Maybe it's happening out of sight, but to my untrained eye it looks like work has just about ground to a halt.
