Looks great!
I feel the same - we need more interesting features like this, not less, and Brentwood is really leading the way on it. It all looks great.

Yep, that matches the 187.2 m height.

So Metro Van officially has 4 towers over 600f with a 5th in prep work.

what a mess this coronavirus is... any chance Cineplex will be pulling out of the contract with TAB? Sporting Life might also be looking for an exit

Why would either pull out? Sporting Life is already operating and Cineplex last picture looked about halfway there.

Worse case Covid is a 1 year blip for us, it will be dramatic, but not to this point I would imagine.

I doubt that. They knew what they were getting into being the first to open.
It was clear from the beginning that it won’t be even close to fully operational until the end of 2020.

Both will be bankrupt before they decide to close some store in Brentwood.

I drove past last night. From Willingdon going south, you can see into the new food court or food hall or whatever they are calling it, its all open to see inside, looks fairly complete, the bridge between the two was well lit and looked done, is it being used yet?

The McDonalds looks complete, we could see inside it from the Lougheed. Tables and chairs installed, all the wall finishing looked done, lights were all on last night. Could open soon well I imagine once the retrictions are lifted.

With commercial landlords practically being forced to waive rent from tenants, the burden will fall on Shape, so hopefully they have some forgivemness from their financiers.

The food court is still a ways away from completion. The ceilings are exposed and there is construction equipment everywhere. I don't know why the bridge would be open if that portion of the mall isn't even open yet.

McDonald's is almost done. I'm sure it will be complete by the time this pandemic is over.

Even despite this shutdown Cineplex is being offered a takeover by Cineworld for a nice premium, so they're going to be fine I think.

Yes, panicky doom-and-gloomers are thinking solely in the short term.
