Has anyone heard when the retail will open? The waiting is driving me nuts! If I had some kind of legit timeline of when it would open I could be more patient. I looked up the 'official' info and the only thing I learned from it is that one of the retail spaces is available - everything else says either leased or under contract.

Yeah I tried looking up job openings and found nothing. I'm surprised Cressey hasn't mentioned anything when they have confirmed retail tenents - they still have the generic 'grocery store, bank...' on their website.

Walk-through for KCII was Mid-December and just received notice of completion this week

I'm patiently waiting for my completion letter too. Already did the walk through and didn't find any deficiencies at all. Quality was excellent. Gotta appreciate Cressey. Please keep us updated!

UFC Gym/Crunch Fitness (owned by Steve Nash FW) is one of the big tenants, not sure if that was already mentioned. But their opening is already almost a year behind schedule, and Cressey still has work to do on the space before UFC can start TI's

I haven't done my walk-thru yet so I can only assume that not everyone will receive their completion letter at the same time? I am guessing that they're doing it by level, from the bottom up? I'm on a higher floor but please correct me if I am wrong.

Mine is around mid-level. I believe most developers start with the lower level first.

Cool that they decided to go with something that has local significance and not another poodle on a stick hah.

The artist's comments are a bit weird considering a large developer funded the piece.
