Their website says that they'll pay half of your mortgage for the first two years for 50 units, so yes?

I believe this is only for qualified first time home buyer.

Seems like a non-issue if they're fast like at Gateway as opposed to the slow-poke ones at Park Place.

Great photos as usual. I just noticed Park Avenue has their pool with water in it. I thought they would have drained and covered such a pool for winter.

Kinda hit when the pre-sale market took a nose dive and they possible didn't want too much of an overlap with Park Boulevard for construction.

Update: Drove past the site today. There are some very large piles of dirt and a big hole. I couldn't get a photo but I would say that site prep is very much under way.
