^ Take away that building on the left, and this shot could be straight out from the 70s!

Looks like they’ve hit bottom at the church end (my picture, today).

Here's a pic from one year ago when they first started excavating. I read somewhere that a basic rule of thumb is that for every month going down it takes a month to come back up again. So, maybe it'll be at grade a year from now?

P6

P6 is only 3/4 of the other parking level floor plans.

I wonder if there will be 2 cranes eventually?
ie adjacent rental building and 2 conjoined towers.

Exciting to see the crane going up!

Here is my guess for completion ( so I can look back and see how close I was)

Parking completion to grade, 1 year
Topping off, 2 more years
Interior finishing, 1 more year

My guess is the lower half of the building will begin occupancy end of 2024

I anticipate a couple of awards/ international recognition once complete.. I think the diamond glass features that are at each corner of the base will truly make this a “destination” piece of architecture

Looking good! Crane placement suggests a second crane being on the way.

This one will be very interesting to watch.

The floor plate, once standard is quite small and simple, so I see the forming going quick.

Whats going to be very interesting is the exterior glazing assembly walls. Looking at the samples back last year they could be a breeze where the exterior is assembled at record pace, or fitting them together onsite will prove to be a complete nightmare.

That crane is shorter than I thought (I can see the top of the angled counterweight arm).
I'll be able to see the building rise from a lower height than expected.

Looks to me as though this crane positioning is located to make room for a second crane on the west side of the site.

I know I've gotten in trouble for this before but it still boggles the imagination how this page says "proposed" yet your diagram page says "under construction".....it's like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing

Excavation is not construction. Once the foundation is poured, a building is officially under construction. Someone's diagram does not supersede generally accepted protocol.
