The one highlighted in red looks more like a food court of food hall, depending on how they are being set up. A food hall is like a big cafeteria with different gourmet stalls, where you can purchase various items you fancy before checking them all out at a common cashier checkout area. The seating locations are usually separate from the stalls, unlike the food courts we are familiar with. Some food halls issue you cards where the credits can be used for the various purchases, and you can only enter the food area if you have a card.
As for the area in green, it looks more like an F&B alley. In many malls around the world, such a section of the mall is usually themed. Let's see what Brentwood mall has up in their sleeves.
