I'm wondering the same thing. Strong gusts of wind could easily hit the Tunney's and Hurdman locations. The Tunney's kiosk could be subject to snow and rain, when angled towards it. Blair is pretty much enclosed, but the cold will still come down from the stair opening. Rideau is the only one that will not be effected by bad weather in any way, though the underground stations can still get very cold in winter.
Random question now that I think of it, how cold does it get in other Canadian underground/subway stations? At the other extreme, how hot does it get? We haven't experienced summer yet.
