Pump staged last evening. Pour of core, ground level, happening this morning as concrete truck move in and out. Looks like they are a little a head of schedule??

I think they will overtake the Arthaus pretty rapidly now as this footprint is significantly smaller.

Tower section of The Laurel above the base is around 80x130, tower section of Arthaus above the base is around 80x105

Looked like they were pouring more of the foundation today. It is getting closer to ground level.

Looks like they are nearly finished assembling the core form. Pouring concrete today.
The core at least should be above ground pretty soon.

Only one floor has been poured so far. I literally just said above your post that it's not above ground yet. Once they're done putting the scaffolding and forms up they will start rising

They've also been forming and pouring part of the perimeter foundation wall this week, and will need to finish that (along with any load-bearing columns) for the rest of the tower to start rising above grade along with the core.
