I am with you on this. However, Broadmoor and Domain are still just essentially suburban office parks situated on a privately built and maintained street grid.
Pelli Clarke Pelli, Zaha Hadid, nor any other starchitect firm are going to be designing these suburban box buildings. They are basic off-the-shelf plans designed to maximize ROI for the investors, and as such we should all probably temper our expectations. I suspect most of us already have.
