Cool! It sounds like a crane app for The Beam (5 story, "wooden" office building and parking garage).

I'm curious why they need a 150' crane, maybe a mobile crane for the assembly/take down of the tower crane, but it'll be nice to see that go up.

I'm guessing they are going a little higher on these crane apps than they need to for whatever reasons. Thunderbird ASU submitted a crane app was for 193', but the finsihed crane is only about 100'.

You should see the garage they put up for the Cavasson project up in North Scottsdale. Its just about larger than the 5 story building they are putting up...
