Too bad it never had more profile than it did, maybe on Georgia? I suppose the West Hastings location is just as well.

Back to topic, current project is a shortened version of a similar, but
much large rbuilding in Toronto. Then there's the building a the foot of Georgia (??##,sorry) A lot of interesting variety coming to this block.

The one in the red steel form must be the tapered corner one, though it looks set back farther than in the rendering.

From Google Maps it looks like the last time it was cleaned was around 2009.
