I would love to see BMO get going this year to rid the CBD of that god-awful eyesore of a vacant lot.

I echo your guesses in that Alldritt will definitely not start this year as well (I just don't see a market for that many condo units and another hotel if that is still their plan).

Public weighs in on what to do with the old Northlands site.

Edmontonians were given one final look at the plans for the Exhibition Lands Thursday night as the city continues to define what will happen to the second largest infill site in the city.

While the details are still scarce, the city presented the “preferred proposal” to one final round of praise and critique from the public at the Bellevue Community League before it is presented to council. Additional housing, a transit village, reshaping Borden Park, increasing accessibility to the space and adding civic and education or employment centres to the central Edmonton location are all part of the proposal scheduled to be put forward to councillors in April.

Look forward to new renderings, wasn't a fan of the previous style, seemed rather odd in my opinion.

I believe it is 23-storeys. Nevermind, that's The View one block west and south.
