So, just did a cost estimate for a taxi ride from Canada Place to Wal-Mart, and the taxi ride would cost 23.60. Lyft would be 5 dollars cheaper, which is a pretty good savings.
With a minimum 5 dollar charge, a shorter trip, like I would take from Mt. Pleasant to Downtown, might not make that much difference.
