Even though the Stack is nearby, I don't think that those sites are prestigious enough for a Four Seasons. Thurlow seems like a backstreet on those blocks.

Given that they have eliminated the marble aggregate panels elsewhere on the complex, I expect that the whole Howe frontage would be replaced - and depending on layout changes, maybe windows introduced. I think the areas behind that wall (3rd floor) are currently back-of-house service rooms for the ballroom and conference areas and the the back of Harry Rosen (2nd floor).
So I guess it depends in part on whether Harry Rosen will allow it.
