Amazing renderings, this building looks like it will be an impressive one to boot! Interesting shape and lines of the building, creates intrigue!

Looks like One Water East is only a few more floors away from officially being the tallest structure in the city!

Can't wait to make my way out there again very soon.

I hear that the Westcorp hotel is going to be a Marriott in their Autograph line.

I think it was on the news that Westcorp was looking for an operator. Curious when they will open the display suite on Bernard Ave. Can't see anything from the street but they were supposed to be open by September I thought.

Also heard rumors that the hotel operator has been selected.

If true and an announcement is made that will definitely solidify this project.

Well I'm sure if it becomes the Marriott, we will all find out from a press release soon enough! Season's Greetings to all!

It’ll be amazing seeing One Water Street nearly twice the height that it is in this pic!

Massive new development just showed up on kelowna.ca for Leon and Water! Three towers: 42, 30, and 24 stories!

Holy s***! That would be one massive change for that block of Leon! Tallest one would be 132.4 m tall.

According to development permit, there would be a 36, 24, and 18 storey tower. Still very exciting!

Or is that all on top of a 6 storey podium? I am confused!

That is epic! I hope they approve that development. With all this development downtown I hope a lot more shopping and amenities get added. Not just restaurants and pubs

Great for the area. A little too tall and square for my taste though. The bridge is a nice detail.

Perhaps if they could slim them down a bit, balance the height of the towers so that might help. 42 stories would cause some massive shadows on our downtown. What are the podium heights?

It's 36 stories on top of the 6 storey podium for 42 total.

Wow that's awesome, was kinda waiting for something big there with the stories about a developer buying up all the property on that block in recent years!

Wow! That’s amazing.

Hopefully Kelowna has the market for it.

This decade could be Kelowna’s major transformation.

Crazy development. Wow. That corner was always a bit of a dump, so this would be a very welcome addition.
