Or someone will have a permanent view of half of the sign.
EDIT - Levels 6-8 will be built flush to The Centre's wall.

This diagram explains how the cantilever/boxes work. And another one shows how the building interacts with the church.

Yeah, I've seen that before.
The 4 strut structure close to the core has been replaced with just one strut,
and the top beam in tension is now slightly angled down (like on a bridge).

I checked the floorplans and saw there will be a solid wall facing the church to level 8.

Weird how the box on the right has a level top beam and the one of the left has it angled down.
Could be due to what's going above each of them.

Not sure if I'm looking at the wrong beam but it looks like the right one with the level top beam has the square cut outs for floor beams unlike on the left side?

There are cutouts are in the beam behind the one I'm looking at which has 4 dark spots on it (welding marks?).
They overlap in the first new shot but are separate in the last one.

Nope.

Here's the alley side - pic by me today. It has the same design.
The left side top beam is angled down. The right side top beam is level.
You can tell it is angled relative to the floor beams below it.

Just noticed that on the right side the 4 spots are "fins" (squarish metal slats) sticking out from the beam.

I'm thinking there'll be another cube offset on top of that one (?)
I think the corresponding beam on the alley-side also has those fins.
The pdf you linked to earlier shows it, assuming its still current.

I noticed a number of crane sections in the area last night and today.

Daily Hive says the building has been named "Deloitte Summit":

Quote:
Altogether there will be 370,000 sq. ft. of total floor area, with Deloitte occupying 117,000 sq. ft.,
Spaces co-working taking 120,000, Apple taking 60,000 sq. ft., and Boston-based Northeastern University
taking much of the remaining space.
