Apparently the Physio office I referred to above is in the front Sifton building. My wife has been going there a few months now and says it's not in the new building.

Ground level concrete slab pour today on the west side of retirement home. Nearly done brick veneer on east side of apartment building. Still have south and west sides to do for brick veneer.

Looks like it's 2 L-shaped buildings maybe 6 floors? Hard to tell in this picture from a couple years ago. Not sure if this is out of date now though. Bottom right.

Based on what they have now the 2 L shaped building design is not the plan. They now have some of the 3rd floor slabs installed for the retirement home. They also have restarted the exterior brick installation on apt building. Why they stopped for a couple of months is a mystery thou?

Setting some of the 4th floor concrete slabs today on retirement home. Very slow progress on exterior of 10s apartment. Website talks about May 2020 for tenants. Also lists prices. 3 bedroom for $2700/month.

Wow that is a $500,000+ mortgage basically, I wonder if there are any condo fee's on top of that.

It appears to be a rental apartment building. Doesn't mean they might convert to condo's in the future but for now it looks like they will rent.

Hayman has plan posted for the retirement building now under construction.

Will be 8 floors including penthouse. Definitely different from the West 5 drawings showing 2 L shaped buildings in that location.

Wow was not expecting these to be 8 floors, people were complaining about the original 5 that was proposed.

Some of the 5th floor concrete slabs now installed. Wall panels now started up to 2nd floor.

Nearly done 5th floor slab and have some forms up for the elevator and stairwells.
