A major (repurposed) rental building will be put up for sale January 2020. Can't say much else until it is announced publicly.

Anyone know what Edgar will be building next in Edmonton now that The McLaren is done? Is The Shift their next project?

Shift is their next focus however they are figuring out how to best coordinate this given the construction that's going to take place along 102 Avenue for the LRT and 106 Street for the new streetscape and urban park. They have some other stuff cooking as well.

Unsure, but yes, marked change.

Maclab owns the lot west of Omega... here's hoping there will be an Augustana-like not far behind.

McKay Avenue is a bit underserved from food/bev, but is a wonderful enclave.
