First off, if any of these people look at an aerial view, there are a lot of trees along the river and that is going to be a huge problem convincing people those need to be ripped out of there. Then there is the small matter of the London Hydro lands being in the middle of that area. We last heard about LH moving about 8 years ago when Joe Fontana brought in Larry Tanenbaum's company to deal with the land "quickly, we don't want to wait" lol and nothing said since. It will be a huge undertaking to build up the north side of the river that far and I can't understand why a builder would put so much emphasis on a piece of riverfront well over a mile away.
