At the moment, there is not a publicly available proposal. If they are testing soil, I bet that will change early next year.

I literally linked to two publicly available proposals. There have been other proposals beyond those. There has even been a proposal that plan commission approved, and then subsequently reproved with updates back in like 2012. My uncertainty was really only around what is the most recent proposal, as it informs what could possibly happen here.

There is also the very much not real (or "not public" based on whatever qualifications you are trying to make up here) rendering curbed covered.
