It took Austin years to get over the 400-500' plateau. It'll happen in due time.
Just a few years ago, nobody would believe that 15 towers over 500' would be under some level of development at the same time (8 of those over 600', 4 of those potentially over 700' & 6XGuadalupe at 848')!
