Besides the two chains, is that a control cable (the thin one) coming off the crane . . . so the crew on the structure can control the chains as they handle the form?
Marshal, you focused my attention on that pulley (not sure the name of it)
After watching it again, it does control slack and taut on the one chain to help maneuver and balance the table form.
It's been a while since I have been on a highrise site during a flying form lift. The last time was at the Fortis BC tower at Georgia and Thurlow. It went pretty smoothly, but was nonetheless a hard job. Those guys would have loved to have that kind of control over the lift.
Looking forward to seeing it again from that angle when it gets even more prominent.
