^From the derelict building that stood there before. If this gap still persists in 2 years, I'll retract my statement but it seems very likely something's going to go up in short order.

I'm pretty sure they already have a shoring rig on site doing work.

anything is better than what was there - esp. considering the beautiful original building they knocked down to build the building that has now itself been knocked down.
