There's an article in the Inquirer about it today, but no renderings.

108 units with 31 underground parking spots.

So not 96 stories. I assume 6 or 9.

It’s 9-stories per the Inky article.

Nice to see that the parking will be underground in a building that's only 6-9 stories.

Wow - a full slate. They added a second session due to how many projects there are! Huge fan of the Market East towers. Four projects on North Broad is crazy

This is an amazing CDR list!

Out of all the projects listed, the one that surprised me the most was 3417 W. Indiana Ave. A project of that scale falls right in line with my predictions: Allegheny West is going to make a massive comeback in the near future. With East Falls and all of what the Northwest has to offer less than a mile away, it makes sense that people are starting to look at cheaper options out in Allegheny West. A new building is already rising at 35th and Allegheny as we speak!

Also, that neighborhood is full of housing with great bones. The area between Ridge, Hunting Park, and the railroad tracks should really start to shine soon!

National Geographic names Philadelphia best city to visit in 2020

More international exposure and one of only two American sites to visit (the other being the Grand Canyon).

This city is on fire!

And has anyone noticed? The office market is clearly, finally on fire. How many office building proposals are there now? Quite crazy.

Several. Off the top of my head we have the 2222 Market, 20th & Arch, One UCity Square, first Schuylkill Yards Tower, the Market East "Medical Office" tower, Equal Justice Center, Drexel Health Sciences building, 1301 Market... plus under construction is the Bulletin building, CHOP's "Hub" tower... Did I miss anything?

Some of Penn's/CHOP's buildings like Hub for Clinical Collaboration. Does this count?

Hell yeah! I would count medical office space. I would event count medical/hospital, research and lab space. Anything that's being filled by a company and creating jobs is a huge win.

This is what I'm VERY excited about. Between Ucity, CHOP/Penn, and east market I'm so exited to finally see office buildings rising. Our biggest issue has been a lag on jobs, so it's really encouraging to see this
