It might - if there is enough "stuff" to keep a family busy for a 1/2 day at least. In the end they have to plan and fill this with the the right mix of entertainment - and yes thats is what will be needed to get people to drive or take a tram/skytram. If is a small site with limited selection then it will be a slam dunk fail. And right now there is zero dollars to do this on the scale it really needs.

True, although where Rossdale is located, it's in a prime spot connecting public transport to the stretch of river valley all the way to Victoria park; I can see that as being a solid reason to make the trip alone. Especially, if the river valley promenade becomes reality.

So we basically have 4 tower projects starting up around the same time - Clifton, CNIB, The View and CX. Noooice!

Westrich's 111st/100ave is before Council today. Planning has supported it and it is a well designed project, should pass.

Are they all rentals? Also was the CIDEX on 4th not be starting as well?

Cidex on 124 Street?? No, that site isn't even zoned yet.
