They will never be burried though they will be covered. I hope section remain open to view though because they ad a certain visible heartbeat to the city. When complete it will stretch from Union to Bathurst and from CIBC Square east to somewhere near the distillery.

It's a Hydro corridor conveniently located near Finch subway station; so underneath was turned into large linear (~500m) parking lots with 1675 spaces (about 1 full train of passengers).

Last shot is a cool, new angle.

Massey looks great and Sp!re still looks pretty fine - Peter Clewes and aA at their best before copy and paste set in). St. James Cathedral on its tippy toes to stay tall.

One of the best "grey day" slices of downtown I've seen.

Expansive shots! Everything in there but Yonge/Egl., North York, and Scarborough. I assume they were taken from one of the Leaside towers?

Yep. Definitely a higher floor at the East Leaside Tower.

I have a soft spot for those two monster towers.

Ya so do I. I knew somebody that lived in one and they were not nice. They must have been in the too three tallest residential buildings when they went up.
