Looking at that pic...Park Boulevard is progressing so slowly! It's like two different worlds compared with The Hub.

When Central City Tower 2 goes up on the Best Buy site, it'll block the view of the last phase of King George Hub from this angle.

There's actually just the 1 surface parking lot fronting King George - which will partially be redeveloped soon with Central City 2 filling out a block size chunk much larger than the current old Best Buy building.

The remaining parking you see is all rooftop.
