Honestly, those models make it look much more pleasing than previous renders that didn't really impress. This might low key grow on me, and might be a solid build in this cycle.

That's my point. In Chicago, you want pools on the south side of the building. I understand that in this case, it might not be possible, or if it were, then any sun would get blocked by adjacent buildings.

Basically, suboptimal pool-enjoying location.

I guess this one won't start construction then until they figure out this pool placement mess. I mean I have my doubts.
