Based on the timeliness of cleaning bird poop off the hotel on the corner of Sask/Hamilton it would not be my pick for patios to want to be at.

Interesting early renders of a much smaller Cornwall Centre and SaskTel Building. An additional tower also shown. 18 Block Scarth Street would have remained, which may have been a good thing. Building at Wascana Pool was leveled today. Construction on new pool to start in 2020. I don't think they've decided on a design yet.

What about in the old Conexus spot in the building with the geese in front of it? I've noticed a bit of interior work being done on the inside such as removing the old walk in safe. It's a decent size and has space out front for a deck, and lots of glass. Just speculating..

2,800 sqft big enough for a Shoppers? Cornwall Centre current Shoppers is 11,914 sqft.

Sorry to disappoint, but it's going to be the new public reception area for PEBA, an existing tenant in the building.

Oh, new Shoppers in the Hamilton Street Sask Drive Main floor corner? Cushman Wakefield shows that main floor available area at 30,000 sqft. Larger Grocery area too and shipping dock from previous Sears store to south I would guess.

Some sort of work being done inside the old Brewsters on south Albert St. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Looks like they are tearing out things at the moment.

The original rumor a while back was Hudson's but I'm not sure if that is still valid or not.

Ahh! I think it is a bit small for a Hudson's Bay store. (I thought I would add to the silly comments).

I hope something is happening, and I hope it is something new to the city. It is a good location. Even the old Earl's/Hickory building found a tenant after being vacant for several years.

Here's my guess: East Side Mario's, only because they had been looking to expand to Harbour Landing a couple of years ago.

The new glazing appears to be a different colour, so I assume it all to be replaced as per the render.
