The shorter tower has balcony glazing all around it now and it looks pretty snappy. Not quite as golden as I was hoping, but it looks fancy. I hope they will paint or glaze the top in gold too, making them stand out a bit more.

The one thing I noticed is that all those wrap-around balconies are VERY narrow, or so they look like from outside. One will find it challenging to take use much of the space, making them fairly pointless.

They may be more for sun-shading than actual use...

These towers have really grown on me aesthetically. The gold tint, big podium, cliche protruding boxes... They work so well. I think it will be one of the stand out towers of Metrotown for the next while. Rize did a good job at out doing Anthems Station square signature tower. GOLD HOUSE would have been even better with a little more height. Keep at it Rize... surprise us with your next project.

While Gold House is nice, I think it is a bit too early to say anything about Station Square signature tower as they are only building the podium currently. Unless you mean Tower 2?

Even from the rendering, the Station Square signature tower (the stepped one by KPF) looks quite subdued.

Some units are appearing on craigslist. 2 Bedroom, 814 sq ft for $2900. Expensive but that's expected for a new building. Also, don't know if it was marketed like that to begin with but those black cabinets in the kitchen look like they would scratch with little to no effort.
