That's a huge lot size and also a huge tax bill! Are all of the "8"s in the price meant to make the place attractive to Chinese buyers? Is it buyers from China and/or Hong Kong who are acquiring all of those mansions in the area? Calgary must be a super attractive market to them. With the amount of product we have I hope they come in droves. Good for us in many ways.
