There are currently two site plans for Broadmoor apartment projects - Block A Apartments and Block F Apartments.

The formal site plan was added to the Block F site plan today. This project is at the corner of Burnet and Gault Lane. It's seven stories with 428 apartments.

Has anybody seen any COA requests for the new Apple Campus ? They are doing something out there, they have barriers setup, maybe some early prep work such as marking trees,....

The location of the yellow tower in the background isn't precise at the Broadmoor site. I just wanted to get an idea of how a 400 foot tower would appear in the area.

Burnet Road & Waterford Centre Boulevard.

Southbound Mopac.

Eightfold, Oracle Campus/Riverside area, and downtown.

Wow that’s turning out to be a dense area at the entrance of the domain

I thought the Bowen was going to be as tall as the office towers. Did something change, or did I misunderstand?

A few floors were trimmed from the original plans.

It's 215 feet. It's still the tallest residential outside of downtown, South Shore, and West Campus.

Green = completed

Blue = proposed

Red = construction

Amber = site prep/demo

Yellow = Vision

Vision just means either a project we've seen the marketing material for, but that hasn't filed anything official with the city yet, or that it's maybe a place holder for what I assume could be built there.

thanks, I was thinking it was something like that, what through me off was tower 3 and 4, they are colored different then I would expect, 4 should be blue and 3 amber, though all might be amber soon

More site prep at the ol' 045. Can start to see the outline of the future street grid.
Element Hotel taking shape in the top center-right.
Crane visible for another new hotel top left, across Burnet.

In reference to your picture. The hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn that is behind the old IBM credit union which is now Scott and White.

As far as IBM its been amazing watching all the utility work they have been doing. Along with that they built a new parking lot that will be accessible from the flatiron side. It provides the required ADA and visitor parking. It will be done this week. Here is a picture from Oct 8th.

IBMers have been informed that as of this Saturday, the eastern entrance will be closed for good. They can then start working on Bowen and Tower III.

I absolutely LOVE the renderings @KevinFromTexas!!! Thanks for posting it from different angles. It's exciting to see what's going to be in certain areas in the near future!

Question, was it hard to add all the renderings?

I am wondering what this tent is for. It showed up this morning. Would it be common to have a groundbreaking ceremony for a new tower ? Tower III and Bowen.

Sorry about the glare of the photo, its not my camera, IBM has not cleaned the windows in over 20 years.

they added standup tables, so probably groundbreaking, we it make sense to have a ground breaking for an office tower built speculatively or do you think they are will announce the tenant ?

Domain Tower 2 will be 308' tall (24 stories). That's awesome. This tower will be the first 300+' tower outside of Austin's CBD (and UT area), correct? I cannot think of another one.
