Well, I guess it does run to the "end of the year" (do any City road projects take less than 3 months?). Also I suppose traffic is effed on that stretch any in Oct. so can they really make it worse?
The one exception is if you are coming off Assiniboine southbound - it is actually fine right now, you miss most of the disruption and traffic backup because the on ramp has its own bridge over the Creek. If they decide to the do the southbound lanes first and screw this too up before the bridge work and Regina Bypass is open, it will have confirmed the complete incompetence of the City.
