The previous developer (before Concord bought it) was going to put two there. I don't think you could fit 3 in that space though. 2 would have made things cozy but doable.

No. Three easily could've fit and still have a ton of room. Look at all the room at the south end where the trailers are that isn't even part of the excavation.

Look at across the street at the two towers proposed, can't remember what they are called, park something. If you replicated that tower separation on this site, three towers would fit easily.

The south end where the trailers are is maybe 10sq meters.

If the spacing was the same as Park Place 1&2 (Building 2 & 3 in that picture) you could get two buildings in there. Not sure how you're getting a third in short of building all 3 buildings as one building.

Yes, Park George has TWO building side by side diagonally.

Lucky they only put one building in Park Boulevard site, it is better for my eyes because I am looking at it everyday !

I am pretty sure they can only light up the exterior LED lights for a year or less because many people will complaint about it. Look at the big water fountain outside Park Ave, the purple light bulbs never light up now ;-(

However the few crowded buildings in the Hub just behind Concord site also blocks more of my view any way.

Huh? Looking at the diagram you can put a triangular one on the south end, and one right up at the north end with the the current tower where it is. With keeping pretty decent space between all of them. Would that ever happen here? Of course not. Is it possible? Yes, if this was outside of BC etc.

But for sure two towers. When it was only going to be one I was hoping it would be at least nice and wide but unfortunately it's just another point tower.

I thought about this, but I believe Concord said that the next two towers are the "final" stage of this area.
