Same here, I only rarely have business downtown nowadays (or anywhere along the line). I will have an excuse next week though so I will finally get to try it.

Isn’t it supposed to go all the way to UBC?

It's a two-phase project. Phase 1 ($2.8b, to Arbutus) is approved, fully funded, and prime contractor selection is currently in progress. Phase 2 (etc. $3.8b, to UBC) is approved, but not yet fully funded. However, it is the core project in the the Mayors Council Phase 3 funding plan, which is currently being firmed up. The target for Phase 1 is for it to be up and running in 2025. My best guess for Phase 2 is 2028, but it's a rube's game at this point.

Looking forward to your report on here..It's going to be great for getting to Lebreton for Bluesfest eh?
I wonder what the majority of people here are going to refer this new system as?. Technically, 3 km of it is underground, but are people going to say "I just have to catch the subway and meet you at Rideau at noon?"..That sounds awkward, as it's not big enough..Me thinks "catch the train" will be more what people will use.

There is already a 2nd exit on Broadway and a 3rd on 10th.

That's incorrect. There is a roughed-in 'future' station head kitty-corner in the 'Crossroads' building, but there's little indication that will ever be used. There is an emergency fire exit on 10th Avenue, but that is alarmed and not in any form of regular use.

King Edward station is the most ridiculous example of this - I remember having to cross two traffic choked intersections to get to my eastbound bus on my commute home.

Indicated as to be in use once the current work is done on their documents for the station work.

I certainly don't support only one exit, however it is worth noting that traffic in and out of the station may actually drop once the Millennium line comes online since the station will no longer be a major B line interchange.

Yes, right now in front of the station there are usually 3 long queues of people waiting for the B-line, plus 3 more kiddy corner to that. These will no longer exist in this future scenario except for some short-trip #9 travellers.

Vancouver {and all of BC for that matter} has a very bad habit of building infrastructure to the minimum possible standard. The Canada Line and BC's deplorable highway network exemplifies this.

It's correct, Commercial Broadway have 3 exits, but that's not part of the Broadway Subway project. I think he meant Broadway-City Hall station.
