I informed myself this afternoon speaking to the foreman of the job.
It isn't 3 Tesla super chargers going in at the Petro-Can near the new IHop but rather 2 generic EV Superchargers that will also be able to charge Teslas and all EVs. I'll put up a new picture when they are done.
