Hey thanks for sharing that! I'm also anticipating our viewing. I'm in Tower 2 though so we have a long wait to go. We have the "C" plan, so we have a giant pillar as well .

I wanted to ask, how were the defects of your unit? Cracks in drywall? Unfinished looking parts? Any post-it notes or tape that you had to mark for fix-ups required by the developer?

Are you able to share some pictures if you took any?
I'm curious to see how the lobby and hallways are designed. Hope it looks high end.

TAB less and less amazing as time drags on and on ..... even Fulton House started some walk through viewing.

No, everything looked good. The finishing was nice. Friend of a friend of a friend who's working in tower 1 says SHAPE has been ultra picky. I'm sure some stuff gets by though.

I'm a shitty photographer and didn't take many pictures. I didn't see the owner lobby, but I saw the rental when it was 90% complete. Looked nice - lobby like. The hallways have a super cool black wallpaper, real cool texture and fan like pattern. The elevator is fast too.

Thank you so much for sharing pictures! The kitchen looks so nice and crisp! I'm so freaking thrilled about that. It looks like they decided to do one side of the cabinets with handles.

And they installed glass doors for the bathroom?! I was positive that the rep told me that they wouldn't and it would be something we would have to install on our own! And I thought it was a tub in the showroom, but the picture show a standing shower? Personally I prefer standing shower, but I'm sure I'll miss the tub when it's gone lol.

My unit has a 2nd bathroom which has the tub Lots of storage in the kitchen and pretty good counter space. The oven as I said is small and the microwave is built into the island as well.

I love how the kitchen looks, but the miniature oven is just silly.

that means renters will be able to enjoy the tower amenities before owners

Looks just like everything else built these days. The kitchen looks actually almost identical to our previous place in Metroplace, completed already 5 years ago. Nothing luxurious in my opinion but of course new is nice. With 500 units in the building it is hard to see TAB as a very exclusive addressto live in.

I also don't understand the discussion about renters moving in early. Those units have their own lobby and elevators, so they are basically a separate building-in-a-building. Them moving in won't delay or impact owners' move-in in any way as I see it?

Don't think there is any competition between owner and renters, and in no way is renters regarded as less. Just that owner has been lining up since day 1 of their presale at the very front end of the queue. Owners put their investments ,emotion and love in this project and rewarded with wait ,wait ,wait.... Some already sold their previous dwelling and now rent with the hope they can move in soon. . Owners feels renters are jumping the queue, yet renters put no investment or emotional tie to this project.
Owners and renters do share the use of common amenities. Some how it feels like " I bought a brand new car , yet some strangers get to use it first. "

This is more than worthy of the national skyline thread.
