There's still not much info on what's going into the retail (opening Q4 this year). All I could find is G&F Financial is opening a flagship branch and they're looking for a retail partner.

A bit odd (security-wise), but presumably a cafe or coffee shop to serve as an amenity for bank customers.

I am waiting for the KC3 completion date for a long time, but it still has not received any emails for further information. Is it someone know more about it?

What is KC3’s estimated completion date? KC1 is October-December.

There's no way, on Tuesday I was working the 23rd floor, lots to do still. Maybe early in the new year (Feb or March?).

I didn't go below the 22nd floor. I can't say what's happening there. But level 23 and up there is no flooring or cabinets install (the cabinets are in the suites and ready for installation) and just white primer on the walls. I'm on site tomorrow but I would have no access to the finish suites (no go zone), common areas may be able to capture.

Thank you for the information. Can you share any progress on the Edmonds tower? Will that be complete around the same time frame as the Kingsway tower? Thanks

I'm also interested in hearing about Tower 2, last time I drove by, the balcony railings weren't even installed. I believe this tower is also the last one to be completed?
