Its so interesting how there's a gap in the urban fabric between 11th and 14th streets. 1105 will definitely bridge some of it. What's crazy is that once most of this northern part of Midtown is built out, the area between 11th and 15th street alone will be very impressive, then you still have the more dense, residential part south of 11th street.

they need at least 1 woman talking on a cellphone and a business man wearing a suit to make the rendering complete.

I love this project but there needs to be at least some programming along Peachtree Walk.

I have often thought that this firm creates nice concepts but they truly do not "get" urban retail. From the looks of this rendering, that idea is confirmed.

I talked with Amazon the other day and they were adamant that urban retail is dead.
I argued my point of view, but I was overruled and eventually thrown out of the meeting.

I try to avoid the behemoth Amazon, but utilize other web commerce almost daily. Less hassle. Brick and mortar retail is dead. Just the facts.

I’m sure they preach the gospel and drink the kool-aid. Restaurants and services aren’t going anywhere. I’m sure there will always be a niche for retail in the city. Humans don’t like waiting and touching merchandise
