600k is not unusual, the real question is $/sqft.

So a couple of updates.

Drove by the sites today and notice, Clifton Place, shoring has begun. lots of steel on site.

CNIB noticed EllisDonn on site now. No trailer but there was activity.

97st should be open this weekend. paving has started.

2 bed + 2 bath range from 807 SF to 1,107 SF. They've also got 2 Bed + Den + 2 bath in the 1,000 SF - 1,400 SF range.

Yup feds topped up the funding.

Provincial Q1 announcement as well. Hinting at major cuts because "finances are not to rosy".
Expenditures are down, revenues are up. So expect major cuts. Including the New Edmonton Hospital.

Sadly for Mr. Trudeau I don't think his spending efforts in Alberta are going to yield any favorable results. I'd be surprised to see a single Liberal here after Oct. 21. I see the Trudeau Liberals are spending quite a lot of money in BC as well, likely with better outcomes for them.

But Albertans will have lots to complain about when the Liberal minority is propped up by the Greens or NDP. It should be quite a show.

If the new SW Hospital is axed, I can't see anyone being happy about that. Get rid of the 'war room' first ($30 million right there) before cutting the new hospital out completely.

I noticed a tower crane on the south side of the river yesterday, looks like it may be along Saskatchewan Drive, but I couldn't be sure from my vantage point

Anyone know what's going on?

That is likely for Southpark on Whyte. Crazy how visible it is given that the building is a midrise.

Just had a tour of that super slim 2 storey on Jasper next to Gyu-Kaku that fronts onto Beaver Hills House Park. Amazing job inside.
