In a portion they are, and the complete hole is almost at street level.

Looks like it's progressing on the slower side. Though I suppose it is a relatively difficult site.

Upon completion, will this be the tallest building in the King George area? The Hub tower on the corner of 98th and KGB is also pegged to be around 40 storeys tall.

I think it is taller from a floors perspective but likely not the tallest from a height perspective as The Hub is higher elevation by a fair amount.

I think the only spot you may see a tower that size near KGB is across the street at Holand Park. Lucky to see anything above 42 storey in Phase D I'd imagine.

Are you referring to the Holland Pointe development? I don't recall the exact heights of the potential towers with that development.

There's a plot of land on the South corner of Holland Park bordering KGB. That's likely the one that is being referred to.
