I understand. I was simply supporting the conversation in that removing space where events can be held can result in less events.

Of course Queen's Marque will bring many pluses that will likely outweigh the minuses, but there probably won't be anymore entertainment tents going with music playing into the late hours of the night, as there will now be well-to-do people living there that would not approve of the 'noise' in 'their' place. It will be different, but that can be OK as well.
