The Irvings? Hmm so that would imply they either want to move Kent there, or they want a new Truck stop there.

With Silverfox being where it is, and Truckers probably not wanting to mix too much with the car-traffic on Mapleton, the Truckstop idea doesn't really seem plausible.

But Kent going there does have some interesting implications. It would mean the Mapleton store would be shut down, leaving a huge block of land available up there.

Things are probably going to look really different in that area in 5 years or so....
