Not that I know of. This project seems to still be pretty early in the process. The only information that is known is from the SAP filing earlier this year.

Something like that. I had said that this corridor could have 10 cranes up by the end of the year but I have lost count at this point.

And it's nice to see a crane in the heart of downtown.

i came up over the crest on Northside DR and counted, it looks like a mini Dubai, lol, but they all are in a pretty concentrated area and the view from the hill is amazing.. I wish someone would take a pic from that vantage point, it is quite stunning..Phone cams really don't do that well....

WSB has a story on The Interlock and the Howell Mill complete street plan.

The Interlock development will bury power lines, eliminating 10 power poles and create another route between Howell Mill and Northside Drive.

Did anyone notice that the condos start in the $230's? Obviously these will be the studios but it's been a long time since we have seen any new construction homes in that price range.

There goes the neighborhood. The obvious target audience is Emory Midtown personnel.

While it leases up, the plan is the bring a Washington, D.C.-based concept to the project called WhyHotel.
