This place dwarfs all of its neighbours. It looks so out of place. It doesn’t even look residential. Having said that, given a different location, say in Upper Mount Royal or Springbank, this might look okay. The materials are nice and the architecture is unique, that’s for sure.

Already so many people stop to look at place. Even there are taking photos, and many gawkers.

It'll be a show stopper. Everyone in Calgary will know about this place when it's done, and it'll be a popular photo op for tourists.

It would be great if the entire street was filled with huge mansions like that one.

I'm sure I saw someone there saying that the design had changed and the roof was flat.

I don't remember seeing that, but this makes me believe there is still more height to go.

Incorrect on the flat roof, but correct on the rumour of the second tower.

also a rumour of more height being added to the second tower.

Definitely remember reading about the second tower. I Thought I read out the roofline changing too, but must’ve been imagining things.

In other awesome news besides the huge mansion under construction, glass is finally being installed on that tall tower at the west end of downtown. It was looking like it was never going to happen.
