Any construction updates? I heard Augustana has some exterior cladding up on the first tower level.

It's getting some height! It was pretty prominent last night while at Taste of Edmonton (which, I am a big fan of the new location. The layout and extra space everywhere is way better).

I also noticed that the Financial Building on 107/100 has residential suites in a portion of it now?!? I guess there is a lot of surplus B and C office space in the government district that is ripe for that and is underway.

The stud/exterior wall is up, but no cladding to my knowledge.

I was unaware of the provincial court project. Is it intended to deal with the long-term maintenance issues with the building (leaking roofs, etc.). Will there be more additions to the building beyond what is seen?

Expansion is needed, but not included in this scope. Here's hoping for another building/tower to the east.

Would be great to see the large group of parking lots between 103 and 103a Avenues eaten up. Lots of land there for a large courthouse building.

Let's have it overflow the top and drip all down the side of the building.

^^^I'm trying to think of another city in Canada (outside of perhaps Whistler village) where your view is of a ski hill, AND you're within easy walking distance of the downtown core.

It looks amazing.
