Nothing to worry about. They are probably getting the ducks in a row, before bringing equipment on site. As soon as they do that, the $$ clock starts running.

Should also mention that people are close to moving into this one. I didn't get a photo, but noticed furniture on some of the terraces.

Yeah, the other one will be quite a bit bigger so should be very interesting.Crescent Road could end up becoming a tourist draw, not just for the view, but for the mansions along it.

Hint: It will be a private single family residence. (with a lot of money spent on In-N-Out. Probably the opposite of addiction treatment too.).
