I think the plan was this week. But no occupancy yet, few more weeks maybe? Worked on the 24th floor today and saw a completed building, cleaning crew working hard and everyone scrambling to get last bit done plus deficiencies.

Thanks for the great update! The residential towers look a bit clunky, but I appreciate that they're going for a more playful aesthetic. Office block looks terrific.

Someone mentioned most possibly Buy-Low foods.

Really nice looking development. I'm sure this will change the area in a substantial way!

FreshCo has been mentioned a number of times and makes a lot more sense. Look at the colors used at the retail level and then look at https://freshco.com. What are the chances that the developer would just so happen to use lime green?

Zepfancouver mentioned it might be Buy-Low back in April - and he's worked on the site. Also Burnaby has started agreeing to adding some colour to developments.

It is definitely an anchor building, although one not quite at the centre of the built-up area in the neighbourhoood. It will definitely spur more growth of the surrounding, especially further towards New Westminster.

Nice shots Lexus. Good looking project and I also enjoy the working environment there (no complaints working this site). Back working the site on Monday. I'll ask again of the retail space occupants.

Working Office Tower Mechanical Room Today

Residents in the area are also asking who is the grocer. Last that I've heard is Buy Low but no one is quite sure.
