From what I know King & Queen has been approved and pending building permit approval. Not sure about Market & Queen. Does anyone know?

Looks like having 154 Main East out of commission may be causing headaches for Vranich. Pace has picked up here at King and Queen, photos from yesterday, they were still working at 6:30 pm when I was by:

I met Darko in Hess Village circa 2009 at Gown and Gavel relaunch. He was the best, a bit out of character but he thought who the — are these guys. I'm thankful for Vrancor best thing since Yale.

They keep dig, dig, digging away. Are they allowed to dig here and do shoring? I don't seem to recall that they got permits for any of this? Has the city produced a stop work order here?

Also with this and Platinum across the street, this is going to be a very different corner in a few years. Almost won't be able to recognize it with LRT.
