I sort of wish I was 19 years old again--it would be riveting. I last used the stuff exactly 10 years ago (May 2009) when my wife was pregnant with our first child; I and my brother made a makeshift "bowl" out of a Coke can in his Strongsville, OH living room.
Ever since then with the whole it being "illegal" thing, plus kids, and of course the possibility of random drug screens in my line of work, I've had to put weed in the rear view mirror.
But I guess things can always change as attitudes towards the drug do.....

Have you even been random screened? Neither have I in over 25 years. If a hospital ran a random on all the employees 40% would test positive for something.
Anyway from my understanding, the only time they screen is if you hurt yourself on the job or are acting obviously drugged out. Now those latter cases 100% came back positive or the employee refused the test and walked out, firing themselves. Some that have came back positive have gotten treatment and found work in non patient care areas away from access to pharmaceutical drugs. What they would do with a positive THC screen I'm not sure. They could out right fire you if they were looking to get rid of you.
But if they wanted to I'm sure they would offer some kind of program and keep you.
HR's all over the USA are going to have to deal with this issue because reefer madness is taking over the nation, state by state.
BTW I passed 10,000 posts and no one told me about it. In thought I would get a medal or something.
